Membership (Diane Dunk) - This chairman oversees the membership committee of the chorus. Her duties would include making sure the greeter table has members to welcome new members, contacting prospective members, making sure the information given to prospective members is correct and making sure new members are given their materials. She should inform the section leaders, costume chairmen, and roster chairman of any new members or members that have left. She should form a committee to help her with these responsibilities.
Communications (Lindsey Ramsak)- This chairman is responsible for handling the publicity (including online networking) for the chorus. This can be publicity for acquiring new members and for performances. This chairman also produces the weekly chorus newsletter and takes the minutes at chorus leadership team meetings.
Events (Nancy Peterson) - This chairman is in charge of all the event coordination for the chorus. Schools, competitions, performances, and parties all fall under the Events chairman.
Web & Social Media Management (Bev Leding & Lindsey Ramsak) - This chairman manages and maintains the official chorus website and all social media outlets on the web.
Ways & Means (Susan Moore) - This chairman handles the fundraising for the chorus. She can have a chairman for each project. Money that comes to the chorus for these projects should be handled by a board member.
