Polly Merrill, Certified Director
Polly Merrill has been in Sweet Adelines since 1983. During that time, she has served as a section leader, assistant director, and first line director. As the director, the chorus achieved a first place finish at regional competition.
At the regional level, Polly was the Director of Musical Activities (DMA) for six years, Education Coordinator for two years, Director Coordinator for two years, and is currently the Regional Team Coordinator. At the international level, Polly was appointed as the mentor for German choruses and was on a task force to develop a leadership program for Sweet Adelines. Polly is a chorus and quartet coach in the United States and United Kingdom. She is married with two grown sons.
